Jennifer Esterline

Jennifer Esterline has extensive work experience in the field of mental health policy and education policy. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of Education Policy and Regional Development at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute since January 2021. Prior to this, they founded Esterline Consulting in February 2012 and held the role of Founder until December 2018.

Jennifer Esterline attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Latin American Studies. Jennifer then pursued further education at the same institution from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Administration.
