Rebecca Murow Klein

Rebecca Murow Klein serves as the Senior Vice President of National Policy, Partnerships, and Strategy at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute since October 2022, following previous roles as Vice President of Federal Affairs at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Government Affairs at the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness from 2013 to 2019, where strategic initiatives were developed to modernize substance use disorder privacy regulations. Earlier positions involved advising Senator Nelson on health care policies as a Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate and managing communications and operations at the National Jewish Democratic Council. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leading Organizations from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, an MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, and a BA in Political Science and Judaic Studies from the University of Michigan.
