Solome Tibebu is a prominent leader in the mental health sector with extensive experience as a founder and advisor across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Behavioral Health Tech, Solome is dedicated to advancing mental health care access through innovation and technology. Additionally, as an Advisor and Co-Chair of the Design Council at Pivotal Ventures, Solome collaborates on social progress initiatives. Other roles include Senior Fellow for Digital Transformation at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute and Independent Board Director at BeMe Health. Previously, Solome founded Cognific, a behavioral health consulting firm, and directed the Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health. Early career experiences included founding Anxiety In Teens and working as an Account Manager at Netsmart. Solome holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
