Christoph Schilling

Christoph Schilling is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as Head of HR Operational Excellence at MEAG since October 2024, Christoph previously held significant roles at GEFA BANK from April 2019 to September 2024, including Deputy Head of People & Culture, Teamlead Payroll, and Senior HR Business Partner, where operational personnel matters were effectively managed.
