Debra Weiss has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Debra started as an intern at the Office of United States Senator Russell Feingold in 1992. In 1996, they volunteered at Homeline Tenant Advocacy before joining the Minnesota Attorney General's Office as a Criminal Law Clerk in 1997. Debra then worked as an Associate Attorney at Lange & Anderson in 1998 and Dudley and Smith from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they became an Employment Litigation Partner at Meagher & Geer, PLLP. In 2010, they took on the additional role of Head of FINRA/Securities Litigation Department & Employment/School Law Partner at Meagher & Geer.
Debra Weiss completed their education with a Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Hamline University School of Law in the duration of 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1991 and 1995, majoring in Marketing and Management.
