Seanna Marceaux, MS RDN, serves as the Chief Strategy & Impact Officer and Vice President for Nutrition, Health and Impact at Meals on Wheels Central Texas, where Seanna has over 10 years of experience overseeing a commercial kitchen that produces approximately 3,500 meals daily, including medically tailored diets. Seanna specializes in developing evaluation methods and data analytics to optimize resource allocation and measure programmatic impact, particularly in engaging the healthcare community to address social determinants of health. Prior roles included Director of Nutrition Services, where Seanna coordinated a pilot program for transition care and implemented screening instruments for program efficacy, and Nutrition Services Coordinator, focusing on food safety and children’s nutrition education. Seanna's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and a BS in Nutrition & Foods from Texas State University, along with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Meals on Wheels Central Texas is one of the largest meal-delivery organizations in the state, distributing 3,000 meals each business day to homebound older adults and people with disabilities. Part of the Austin community since 1972, MOWCTX believes in holistic case management and also offers the following services to our clients through our many programs: minor and major home repairs; grocery shopping assistance; a monthly supply of shelf-stable groceries; extra, daily, shelf-stable meals for the nutritionally at-risk; veteran services; problem-solving therapies; rural meal delivery; Alzheimer's respite; and pet food and pet health care for our clients’ dogs and cats.
