Sanjeev Motwani, CPA, CA, CFA, CPA (Illinois), has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

Sanjeev most recently served as the Vice President - Finance & Corporate Services (CFO) at The MEARIE Group since 2019. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Privacy Officer at DealNet Capital (TSXV:DLS).

Before these positions, Sanjeev worked at Travelers Canada from 2012 to 2016 as the Vice President - Finance and Facilities. In this role, they reported to the CFO and was responsible for strategic and financial planning, management reporting, business analysis, facilities, and cost improvement.

From 2005 to 2012, Sanjeev worked at ResMor Trust Company, the Canadian division of Ally. Here, they held various positions, including Director - Finance and Controller, Executive Director - Global General Ledger Project, Director - Corporate Consolidations, and Manager - Finance. In these roles, they led teams, managed month-end reporting, internal controls, cash management, accounts payable, business analysis, and provided finance subject matter expertise on large projects.

Sanjeev's earlier career includes working as a Manager - Finance at GMAC Canada from 2002 to 2004. Sanjeev began their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998, where they served as Tax - Manager and Audit - Senior Associate. Sanjeev started their career as an Associate at Millard, Rouse & Rosebrugh LLP in 1994.

Throughout their career, Sanjeev has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a track record of achieving positive results in various organizations.

Sanjeev Motwani, CPA, CA, CFA, CPA (Illinois) completed their education in the field of accounting. Sanjeev received an Honours- BA in Arts Accounting from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 1998, Sanjeev pursued further studies in accounting and obtained a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree from the same university.
