Michael Benz

Michael Benz is the Director of Technology at Mearthane Products Corporation, where Michael leads efforts to expand product offerings, improve technical capabilities, and support new project opportunities. Prior to this, Michael was the President and Chief Consultant at Benz Process Consulting, providing Lean Six Sigma and process improvement strategies for local manufacturing companies. With a background in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Michael has a strong foundation in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques from their experience at companies such as Cognex Corporation and Rogers Corporation.
