Karolis Kimtys

Karolis Kimtys has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2023, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at measurable.energy. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they held the same position at Total Performance Data. From 2015 to 2022, Karolis worked at Getinge, where they initially served as a Service and Validation Engineer, responsible for repairs, calibration, and validation of medical, pharmaceutical, and life science equipment. Later on, they became a Service Team Manager and developed a web application for issue reporting, as well as a tool for merging and converting files. In 2021, Karolis worked as a Front End Web Developer at Move the Masses, collaborating with a small team on user-facing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and HTML/CSS.

Karolis Kimtys completed a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Leeds City College from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they attended The London College UCK from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained an HNC and HND degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Karolis obtained a Level 2 and 3 certificates in 2D Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) from Leeds City College in July 2014. Karolis also obtained the City and Guilds WTM 1, 2 and 3 Competent Person in Decontamination certification from Eastwood Park Ltd in August 2017. Lastly, Karolis obtained an MS Excel Intermediate+ certification from Paul Brown Training Ltd in November 2019.
