Hana Vickery has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Hana most recently worked at MEASURED, starting in July 2021 as a Manager, Customer Success and later transitioning to Senior Manager, Customer Success in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at C3 Metrics as a Senior Account Manager from August 2020 to June 2021, where they were responsible for managing enterprise clients and guiding them through technical client integrations. Hana also held positions as an Account Manager, Network Ops from May 2019 to August 2020, and as a Jr. Account Manager, Network Ops from October 2018 to May 2019. Before entering the technology sector, Hana worked as an Assistant Manager at Friendly Pets from April 2017 to October 2018. Hana began their career as a Summer Intern at NEADS/Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans in May 2013, gaining valuable experience with the organization.

Hana Vickery obtained their Associate's Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they pursued further education at Bergin University of Canine Studies from 2014 to 2015, earning another Associate's Degree in Assistance Dog Education.
