Wojciech Konieczny

Wojtek Konieczny has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Wojtek is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of GENUSSLY, where they use intuitive E-Commerce software solutions to support food artisans in their successful online ventures.

In 2022, Wojtek was a Podcast Host at Meating Point, where they aimed to create a new awareness of meat through storytelling and conversations with experts in the field.

Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, Wojtek served as a Managing Partner at perXoom.com, focusing on digital personal development and creating customized training plans for individuals in the digital workforce.

Wojtek also has experience as a Research Associate and Doctoral Candidate at the Chair of Strategic and International Management at Justus-Liebig University Giessen, where they were involved in academic research.

Furthermore, Wojtek worked as a Consultant & Coach at ibo Akademie GmbH, providing consulting services and coaching to individuals and organizations from 2016 to 2019.

Before entering the consulting field, they were the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Enders GmbH & Co. KG from 2014 to 2016.

Wojtek Konieczny completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they studied at Victoria University, where they earned another Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree, specializing in Global Logistics. Wojtek then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Technology & Management at Technical University of Munich from 2011 to 2013.
