Wendy Hinson

Wendy Hinson is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards, benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Currently, Wendy serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Meazure Learning since November 2022. Previously, Wendy held various leadership roles at Scantron Corporation from July 2018, including Director of Benefits & Employee Relations and Director of Talent Acquisition. From 2011 to January 2020, Wendy was the Director of Human Resources at Castle Worldwide, Inc., overseeing a broad range of HR activities and contributing as an active member of the Executive Team. Before this, Wendy worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Manager at ISA from April 1997 to March 2010, and as an Employee Benefits Analyst at Aon Consulting from March 1994 to March 1997, where responsibilities included the administration and legal reporting of retirement plans for multiple organizations. Wendy earned a BA in Political Science from Meredith College between 1988 and 1992.
