Sam Picot, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, fund research, and investment analysis. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Management and Strategic Analyst at MEC Global Partners Asia since April 2020, Sam focuses on core-plus investment strategies in commercial real estate. Prior roles include Fund Research Analyst at The Global CIO Office and Purple Asset Management Pte Ltd, where services were tailored for Asian wealth management businesses. Sam's career began at Russell Investments, contributing as both an Investment Analyst and Risk Analyst, alongside a research assistant position at The University of Auckland. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Auckland.
