Nicolas Serrano

Nicolas Serrano is currently the Responsable Supply Chain et Planification and Chargé d'affaires at Mecadaq Group, overseeing client and supplier portfolios, as well as leading industrialization projects for the new Falcon 10X with a focus on process improvement. Previously, Nicolas served as an assistant project engineer at Safran Helicopter Engines, contributing to a continuous improvement initiative, and at Dassault Aviation, where efforts included industrialization standards and process analysis. Educational background includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in industrial and mechanical engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes, a Master 1 in mechanical engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, and a Diploma in Project Management from IBAT College Dublin.
