Mecatraction
Isabelle Tricaud is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Mecatraction since June 2022, Isabelle previously held similar HR leadership roles at Leroy Merlin and Oerlikon Balzers France SAS, where responsibilities included managing sites, workforce planning, and training development. Notably, at Oerlikon Balzers, Isabelle oversaw human resources for two sites with 80 employees, directing training plans and funding. Additionally, Isabelle began their career in recruitment and account management at Randstad, managing a portfolio of clients and temporary staff. Isabelle holds a degree in human resources coordination from AFPI Toulouse.
