Mary Sullivan

Mary Sullivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at MECC, Mary leads manufacturing activities and provides coaching to Production Supervisors while promoting best practices. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Principal HR Generalist at Medtronic since October 2009, where responsibilities included developing and administering various human resources initiatives such as talent management, organizational development, and compliance with workplace regulations. Additionally, Mary served as the Sr. Supervisor of Capacitors at Medtronic from July 2003 to July 2006, further solidifying a strong foundation in leadership and operational excellence.
