Hannah Lambie

Hannah Lambie serves as the Head of Supply Chain and Operations at MECCA Brands as of October 2025. Prior experience includes multiple roles at McCormick & Company from January 2018 to October 2025, including Continuous Improvement Director for the APAC region and interim Plant Manager, where leadership focused on enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to McCormick, Hannah held the position of Continuous Improvement Specialist at HBI Laleham from May 2014 to August 2017, overseeing process improvement initiatives and team coaching in lean practices. Initial engineering experience began as a Student Engineer at Ravensdown in 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering with Honours from the University of Canterbury and a Diploma in Cosmetic Science from the Society of Cosmetic Scientists.
