Christian Schauer has extensive experience in sales and business development within the machine vision and industrial automation industries. Christian currently works as an Area Sales Manager at INSPEKTO, where they are responsible for promoting and implementing their AI-driven visual inspection device. Prior to this, they served as a Strategic Sales & Business Development Manager at Coherix, Inc., where they focused on 3D machine vision solutions for precision manufacturing processes. Christian also held the position of Strategic Accounts Sales Manager Europe at Rethink Robotics, where they played a key role in making advanced collaborative robot technology more accessible. Christian has held various sales management positions at companies such as InnoLas Solutions GmbH, SYNRAD Europe, MLT Micro Laser Technology GmbH, RAYLASE, BAVARIAN PHOTONICS / COHERENT GmbH, and GSI Lumonics GmbH. Christian has a proven track record of successfully driving sales, managing key accounts, and developing business opportunities.

Christian Schauer attended Berufsschule für Elektrotechnik München from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Energieelektroniker with a focus on Anlagentechnik. Christian later enrolled at Staatliche Technikerschule München from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Elektrotechniker with a specialization in Energie & Automatisierungstechnik.
