Maximilian Eberhardt has a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 with a student internship at Premium AEROTEC. In 2013, they completed another student internship at MTU Onsite Energy. In 2014, they completed a Bachelor Thesis at MTU Onsite Energy. In 2016, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Appalachian State University, where they trained students in the use of laboratory equipment, lectured about physics related topics, and managed groups of up to 30 students. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Research Assistant and completed their Master Thesis at Fraunhofer IGCV. Currently, they are employed as an Application Engineer at Mech-Mind Robotics.
