Cohan Sujay Carlos

Cohan Sujay Carlos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation. As CEO of Mechanical Chef since May 2017, Cohan developed a patented cooking robot that automates the preparation of Indian cuisine. Previously, as CEO and Deep Learning Consultant at Aiaioo Labs from September 2009 to May 2021, Cohan focused on natural language processing and machine learning, contributing to curriculum development for deep learning education. Cohan's earlier roles include a research internship at Microsoft Research, software engineering positions at adap.tv and MobiTV, and a Master Data Management Consultant role at IBM. Cohan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Bangalore University, along with notable coursework in computer science at the University of California, Berkeley.
