Tania Johnston

Tania Johnston has extensive experience in the education and construction sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and previously as Executive Director for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada since April 2000. Responsibilities include overseeing the Construction Education Council's operations, national seminars, and the Richard McKeagan Scholarship Program, along with fostering the Women in Mechanical Construction Initiative. Prior roles include leadership positions at the Canadian Mechanical Contracting Education Foundation and experience as a software trainer with Polar Bear Software Limited, as well as teaching roles in various educational institutions. Tania Johnston holds a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies and a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies Teacher Education from Mount Allison University.
