Edward Hieatt

Edward Hieatt is an accomplished executive with a strong background in customer experience and success, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and Advisor at Mechanical Orchard and Artium, respectively. Previously, Edward held senior leadership positions at VMware, where responsibilities included SVP of Customer Experience and Success and SVP of Services & Support for Tanzu. Edward has also contributed to the Linux Foundation Public Health as a Board Member and served as SVP of Customer Success and VP of Pivotal Labs at Pivotal Software, Inc. Academically, Edward holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, earned from August 1995 to August 1998.
