Damian Leal

Damian Leal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inside sales and project management within the mechanical industry. Currently employed at Mechanical Reps, Inc. since June 2020, Damian manages project submittals valued at over $1.9 million annually and oversees projects throughout the construction phase. Previous roles include Take-Off/Estimator, where approximately 150 projects were managed weekly, and a Rotational Summer Internship at Johnstone Supply, which improved inventory management procedures. Additionally, Damian has held positions in sales and operations at Motion Industries and provided support in logistics and hardware repair in earlier roles. Damian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2020.
