Rick Lambeth has extensive experience in leadership roles within the mechanical systems industry. Currently serving as General Manager at MSS Solutions, LLC since April 2018, Rick provides part-time support to enhance business growth and strengthen relationships with colleagues and customers. Before returning to MSS, Rick enjoyed retirement after serving as CEO from March 2016 to April 2018. Rick's earlier career included a significant tenure as Vice President at Mechanical Systems & Services, Inc. from March 1997 to March 2016. Rick is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point, attending from 1973 to 1976.
