Lee Foster

Lee Foster has over 19 years of experience in the banking and communications industry. Lee started their career at Pacific Capital Bancorp as a Business Analyst in 2001, eventually advancing to the role of AVP Reporting and Analysis Manager. In 2008, they joined Blue Casa Communications as the Director of Business Intelligence before returning to Pacific Capital Bancorp in 2008 as Vice President Performance Metrics Manager. Most recently, they worked at Mechanics Bank, starting as the VP - Credit Reporting & Analytics Manager in 2015 and progressing to Director of Credit Reporting & Analytics in 2019.

Lee Foster attended UC Santa Barbara from 1997 to 1999. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Lee attended Pacific Coast Banking School, where they pursued a degree in Banking.
