Eddie Petras

Eddie Petras's work experience includes various roles in the banking industry. Eddie started their career at Abington Savings Bank in 1999 as a Branch Manager, where they managed and coached branch staff on sales programs and provided feedback for career development. Eddie then worked at Sovereign Bank as a Branch Manager, where they expanded the bank's presence in a new community and trained staff in operational efficiency. Eddie then joined Rockland Trust as a Vice President/Business Officer, managing 15 tellers and 3 customer service representatives and overseeing operations and sales for two branches. At Sharon Credit Union, they served as a Commercial Banking Officer and Commercial Real Estate Lender, establishing and managing the business development of the Commercial Real Estate and C&I portfolio. Currently, Eddie is at Mechanics Cooperative Bank, where they have been promoted from Producing Lender to Team Leader, overseeing a $130M loan portfolio and leading a team of VPs and admins.

Eddie Petras attended Brockton High School from 1994 to 1998. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Bridgewater State University from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Business Management.
