Mike Maizis has extensive experience in recruitment and development within the heavy-duty equipment and truck mechanics sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Mechanics Hub since September 2013, Mike Maizis has held multiple roles including VP of Recruitment & Development and Team Lead Manager. Responsibilities include identifying talent and matching heavy-duty equipment and truck mechanics with opportunities across Canada and the United States. Prior to this, Mike Maizis worked as a Research Associate, sourcing qualified candidates for various clients in the Diesel Industry. Earlier experience includes a role as a Dining Room Server at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, where responsibilities involved creating a positive guest atmosphere. Mike Maizis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Guelph between 2014 and 2018.
