Royce Hanamaikai

Royce Hanamaikai's work experience includes serving as the Director of Commercial Sales at Mechanix Wear since January 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Western Region Sales Manager and National Sales Manager at the same company. In these positions, they led sales teams, developed sales strategies, and collaborated with various departments to improve processes. Before joining Mechanix Wear, Royce worked in sales and business development at Fastenal and GAF Material Corporation. Additionally, they have experience as the CEO, Co-Founder, and Director of Sales and Logistics at Pau Hana Surf Supply, where they oversaw all aspects of the business.

Royce Hanamaikai obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a minor in Japanese from Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1996. Royce then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Royce obtained the QSSP certification from the International Safety Equipment Association in November 2017.
