Manoj Soni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Manoj is currently the Global Head at Mecho Autotech Ltd, where they lead the establishment and global expansion of eMobility operations.

Prior to this, Manoj worked at Ashok Leyland as the Head of eMaaS (eMobility Business), where they successfully managed and executed multiple B2G & B2B projects, focusing on strategic growth and operational efficiency. Manoj also held the position of Head of Operations - eMaaS during their tenure at Ashok Leyland.

Manoj has also been involved in entrepreneurship, having founded My Fleet Care under the trade name "SFCPL." This online vehicle management company provided doorstep vehicle maintenance & repair services in India and Africa.

Additionally, they served as the General Manager at LAGBUS and held various managerial positions at Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., including Chief General Manager (CGM) and Deputy CGM. Manoj played a pivotal role in operating city buses, metro feeder services, and inter-city luxury bus services.

Manoj's earlier experience includes working as the Mumbai Head at Mega Cabs, where they managed business operations, team motivation, cost control, and fleet management. Manoj also served as the Business Head at JK Agro and held a Senior Manager position at Arvind Infotech.

Manoj Soni completed their MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from NIBM in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai from 1997-2000. Manoj'seducation also includes completing their SSC from TSV High School from 1985-1995. In addition to their formal education, Manoj Soni obtained a Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) certification in January 2015 from the Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises, a governmental organization in India.
