Benjamin Bartlett

Benjamin Bartlett, Jr. is a seasoned project manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office at Mecklenburg County, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles related to information technology and project management. Since February 2012, Benjamin has successfully managed enterprise-wide and departmental projects, leveraging resources and vendor coordination to meet business objectives. Previous experience includes serving as an IT QA Tester and an IT Business Analyst, where Benjamin focused on technology solution implementation across county departments. Prior to Mecklenburg County, Benjamin worked at the City of Charlotte, where responsibilities included serving as a 311 Contact Center Analyst and IT Liaison, enhancing the effectiveness of applications and technology infrastructure. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Hampton University and a Business Analysis Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with multiple professional certifications including PMP®, CSM®, CSSGB, CFLBA, and CTFL.
