Ronnie Devine

Ronnie Devine has over 20 years of experience in the governmental sector, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Community Support Services at Mecklenburg County since February 2004. In this role, Ronnie Devine oversees strategic planning and leads a communication team to address issues such as homelessness, veteran services, substance use prevention, domestic violence, and initiatives for at-risk communities. Prior positions include Violence Prevention Manager, Project Safe Neighborhoods Manager, and Education Coordinator. Ronnie Devine's educational background includes an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business, a County Administration Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University, and a Master of Arts in Science Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from South Carolina State University.
