Tom MacFarlan

Tom Macfarlan, PMP, CSM is a Senior IT Project Manager at Mecklenburg County with extensive experience in managing a variety of IT projects including IT Security, Infrastructure Design and Build, Disaster Recovery, and Equipment Distribution. Tom is currently focused on IT Security projects and has managed recovery efforts for over 200 enterprise systems after a major security incident.
