Naoko Morita has extensive experience in the aged care sector, currently serving as an HCP Accounts Officer at mecwacare since June 2020, where responsibilities include processing invoices and liaising with stakeholders on billing inquiries. Previously, Naoko held roles at Australian Home Care, including Home Care Package Administration Assistant and Customer Engagement Consultant, focusing on case management support and compliance with regulatory requirements. Early career experience includes positions at Nextt Group in customer engagement and service coordination, as well as customer service roles at Lufthansa, providing support across multiple markets. Naoko holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Senshu University and a Diploma of Community Welfare Work from Melbourne International College.
