Radhika Bhatia is an experienced facility and clinical care manager currently working at mecwacare since July 2022. Prior to this role, Radhika served as a Clinical Care Manager at MACG from December 2021 to June 2022 and as Manager of Clinical Practice at Royal Freemasons LTD from November 2020 to November 2021. Radhika's clinical experience also includes working as a Registered Nurse at Monash Health between June 2017 and November 2020 and as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Cumberland View Aged Care Living from March 2009 to November 2020. Radhika began in the healthcare field as a Disability Support Worker at Oncall Personnel in 2010. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Monash University, an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management from Chisholm Institute, and a Master's in Computer Science from Dayanand University in India.
