Marika Bonaguidi has a diverse work history that spans several industries. Marika began their career at Voice Newspapers in 1998 as an Ad Designer, where they worked until 2000. Marika then moved on to the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII), where they held the position of Production Editor/Graphic Designer from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Med-IQ as a Web Design/Technology Project Manager, and later worked their way up to becoming the Interactive Creative Director from 2010 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director, Web Development, before taking on their current role as the Director Of Technology, which they have held since February 2020. Marika's work experience showcases their expertise in technology, web development, project management, and creative direction.

Marika Bonaguidi, CSPO, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interactive Media Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Marika has also earned the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
