Sara Miller, MS, CPHQ has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sara began their career as a Researcher at Children's National Medical Center in 2001, where they conducted research until 2004. Following this, Sara worked as a Health Care Service Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined INNOVIA Education Institute as a Medical Writer for two years. Sara then transitioned to Med-IQ, where they held various roles starting from Assistant Director of Educational Strategy and Content in 2009. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Director of QI Institute, CE Strategy and Content, Senior Director of QI Institute, and most recently, they serve as the VP of Quality and Patient Safety Institute. Sara's expertise and experience in quality improvement and patient safety make their a valuable asset in their field.

Sara Miller, MS, CPHQ has a strong educational background in the field of science. Sara completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Science at Eckerd College from 1995 to 1999. Building on this foundation, they then pursued further education at Wake Forest University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology from 1999 to 2001. Through their academic journey, Sara has developed a solid understanding of both Marine Science and Biology, which have provided their with a comprehensive knowledge base in these areas.
