Alexander Kelso

Alexander Kelso has extensive experience in client service, team leadership, and project management. Currently serving as a Client Service Supervisor and Team Leader at Med-Metrix since May 2017, Alexander plays a pivotal role in distributing daily reports and ensuring the timely filing of appeals. Previously, as an Insurance Appeal Writer, Alexander developed and implemented practices to enhance quality control and efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Gregorys Coffee, where Alexander co-led a high-traffic store, and as a Barista, where valuable interpersonal skills were cultivated. Alexander's professional journey began with a role as a Special Projects Intern at Marvel Entertainment, contributing to the organization through document scanning and proofreading. Alexander holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Fordham University.
