Chris Gooch

Chris Gooch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris started their career as a Technology Assistant at Gasconade County R-2 Schools in 2004 and also worked as a Network Intern at the Missouri Secretary Of State in 2005. In 2003, they started their own business, Gooch Web Design Company, where they served as the Owner and Operator until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Chris worked as the Director of Information Technology at Hermann Area District Hospital. Chris then joined Med Tech Solutions in 2015, where they held various roles including Systems Engineer, Manager of Cloud Services, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering.

Chris Gooch's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Columbia College in the years 2015-2019. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Programming-Web Design Option from the State Technical College of Missouri in 2007. Chris also obtained another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree, but in Network Systems Technology, from the same institution in the years 2004-2006.

In addition to their academic degrees, Chris Gooch has also earned several certifications. These include the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification, the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) certification, and the AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation, all from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2023 and February 2023, respectively. Chris also holds the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (MCAAA) certification from Microsoft, earned in November 2021. Furthermore, Chris Gooch has obtained the VMware Sales Professional (VSP) certification from VMware in May 2021 and the Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) certification from Citrix in February 2020. Their certification journey began with the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (MCAF) certification from Microsoft in January 2020. Lastly, Chris Gooch holds the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification, which they obtained in November 2006.
