Susan Fisher

Susan Fisher has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Susan is currently the Director of the Client Success Team at Med Tech Solutions, a position they have held since December 2020.

Prior to their current role, Susan worked at Med Tech Solutions / MMIC Health IT as an Account Manager and Clinical Application Consultant from October 2011 to December 2020. During this time, they successfully managed a book of business serving major healthcare organizations nationwide, providing EHR/PM, Managed Security, and Managed IT service solutions. Susan played a key role in the acquisition of MMIC Health IT by Med Tech Solutions in 2017 and retained 100% of managed accounts post-acquisition.

Before joining Med Tech Solutions / MMIC Health IT, Susan worked at MMIC Health IT as a Product Specialist from September 2004 to October 2011. In this role, they provided comprehensive product and service presentations to existing and potential clients and participated in new product testing.

Susan's earliest work experience was at Medical Advanced Pain Specialists, where they held two positions. From 1999 to 2003, they served as the Business Office Supervisor and was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff. Susan successfully grew the workforce from six to 25 full-time employees. From 2003 to 2004, Susan was the EHR Manager and coordinated the rollout process, wrote workflow documentation, provided end-user training, and compiled enhancement requests.

Susan Fisher attended Carlton High School from 1984 to 1988. Susan then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University from 1988 to 1992.
