Chad Eckhardt is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Base Aviation Manager at Med-Trans Corporation since December 2022. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Air Ambulance Lead Pilot at Air Methods from May 2019 to December 2022. Chad's extensive background includes multiple roles within the U.S. Coast Guard, such as Standardization Officer and Flight Safety Officer from July 2015 to May 2019, as well as similar positions from June 2006 to 2015, where operations included law enforcement in Alaska and international fisheries. Chad also worked as a helicopter pilot for Bristow Helicopters and served as Troop Commander in the US Army. Educationally, Chad holds a Master of Science degree in Aviation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation, both from the University of North Dakota.
