Parise Hunter

Parise Hunter serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Medable, Inc. since December 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Human Resources. As the Founder of HunterHR Consulting, LLC established in November 2021, Parise Hunter focuses on supporting small businesses with a range of services including HR Operations and Leadership Development. Experience prior to these roles includes significant positions at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as Chief People Officer and various HR management roles at Kearney & Company, Allegis Group, and Aerotek, where responsibilities encompassed compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Parise Hunter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Towson University, earned in 2004.
