Wiebke Bernhart

Wiebke Bernhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Wiebke began their career at Lufthansa in 1998, where they completed a dual study program. Wiebke then joined Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften as a University Lecturer before transitioning to Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH. At Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH, they held various roles, including HR Consultant, Manager for HR and Leadership Development, and Associate Projects. In 2013, Bernhart joined Roche as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development and Change Management. Wiebke then moved to medac GmbH in 2016, where they held positions as Director of HR Marketing, People & Organizational Development, and later as Director of Corporate Communications.

Wiebke Bernhart has a diverse education history. In 2002, they completed their degree in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn. Wiebke then pursued further education at the University of Hamburg, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in HR Policy and Organizational Psychology from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, they obtained a certification as an eTutor from the University of Hamburg. In 2015 to 2017, Wiebke Bernhart attended the Institut für systemische Beratung (ISB) where they became a Certified Systemic Coach specializing in Coaching & Team Development. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Trigon CAS Certificate for systemic business mediation from the Universität Witten/Herdecke.
