Olivia McKain

Olivia McKain, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance operations and healthcare management. Currently serving as Manager of Compliance Operations at Medacta USA, Inc. since June 2021, Olivia has previously held roles such as Document Control Manager and Document Control Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes an Operations Assistant position at Faith Family Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating clinic operations and piloting a Direct Primary Care program. Olivia's background is further enriched by participation in the NASHVILLE FELLOWS PROGRAM INC, where leadership and analytical skills were developed through a Christian leadership and discipleship program. Additional experience includes internships and volunteer work, contributing to social work resource guides during the pandemic and serving as an education counselor for special needs students. Olivia holds a Master of Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with minors in Pre-Law and Psychology from Meredith College.
