Shawn Vanseth has diverse work experience in the healthcare and robotics industries. From 2008 to 2014, they held various sales roles in their previous experience. Shawn then worked as a TA Consultant for Quality & Regulatory at Philips Healthcare from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Shawn joined MedAcuity as the Director of People Strategy, a role they held until 2019. Shawn subsequently started their own company, Acuity Robotx, which merged with MedAcuity and became the MedAcuity Robotics Practice in 2020. Within these roles, Shawn demonstrated expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic leadership. Shawn has consistently exceeded annual quotas and generated new clients, making significant contributions to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.
Shawn Vanseth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westfield State University from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also completed a study abroad program in International Business at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. Shawn obtained several certifications in Change Management, LEAN Training, Operational Excellence, and Six Sigma from Philips in 2014.
