Aaron D'Souza

Aaron D'Souza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies in the pharmacy and healthcare industry.

In 2008, Aaron started their career as a Pharmacist Consultant at Mirixa Australia and GuildCare, where they served until 2011 in the role of Manager for Clinical Services and Pharmacy Network.

Following this, they joined the Terry White Chemists Stafford as an Owner/Manager from 2011 to 2015.

Aaron then worked as an Area Manager at ALDI Stores Australia from 2015 to 2016 before moving on to become the General Manager at PharmaDotCom from 2016 to 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, Aaron served as the Head of eSolutions at GuildLink.

In 2017, they also took up the role of Board Director at Australiasian College of Pharmacy, and they are currently serving in this position.

Additionally, Aaron is actively involved in various committees and programs within the pharmacy industry. Aaron has been a Committee Member of Quality Care Pharmacy Program since 2022 and also holds the position of Strategic Manager - Government Programs at MedAdvisor, starting in 2022.

Aaron D'Souza completed their high school education at Brisbane Grammar School from 1994 to 1998. Aaron then attended The University of Queensland from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Science. Following this, Aaron pursued their Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) at The University of Queensland from 2001 to 2004. Aaron furthered their education by obtaining a Master's Degree with Distinction in Digital Transformation from the University of Southern Queensland from 2018 to 2022, specializing in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Digital Transformation.
