Dani Li has a diverse work experience in the pharmacy and healthcare industry. They started their career as a Pharmacist at Quality Pharmacy Group from 2008 to 2013, where they held positions as a Managing Pharmacist and Pharmacist. In 2013, they transitioned to Actavis (now Allergan) as a Professional Services Manager. From 2014 to 2015, Dani worked as a Professional Practice Pharmacist at the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, where they focused on professional development, pharmacist support, events coordination, and advocacy. In 2015, Dani joined MedAdvisor as a Pharmacy and Marketing Manager, addressing medication non-adherence by using personal smartphones to empower patients. They held this role until 2020, where they then became a National Key Account Manager and later a Partnerships Manager at the same company. Additionally, Dani served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Pharmaceutical Society of Victoria from 2015 to 2020 and as a Branch Committee Member at the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia from 2015 to 2020.

Dani Li attended Kilvington Girls Grammar School from 1998 to 1999, completing Year 7-8. From 2000 to 2003, they attended MacRobertson Girls High School, where they obtained their VCE. Dani then enrolled at Monash University from 2004 to 2007 and graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.Hons) in Pharmacy. In 2008 and 2009, Dani Li pursued a Diploma of Management at Monash University. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they attended La Trobe University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Business.
