Shuman Paul

Shuman Paul has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in software engineering and development. Shuman currently works at MedAdvisor as an Engineering Team Lead, leading a team of developers in designing and developing software applications. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at MedAdvisor.

Before joining MedAdvisor, Shuman worked at Education Services Australia as a Full Stack Developer for a short period.

Prior to that, Shuman worked at DCA - Database Consultants Australia, where they held the position of Software Development Team Lead. Shuman was responsible for managing a team of developers and developing software applications for ResearchMaster's product suite.

Earlier in their career, Shuman worked at Alcatel-Lucent, where they held various roles including Team Lead/Technical Specialist and Technical Lead. Shuman worked on projects such as the Instant Convergent Charging (ICC) suite and the Mobicom Mongolia migration to ICC and CBS project. Shuman was responsible for training and mentoring the development team, preparing technical specifications documents, and designing high-level and low-level architecture for billing and mediation solutions and networks.

Shuman Paul has a well-rounded education history. Shuman completed their Master of Computer Application (MCA) from the FORE School of Management in New Delhi from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Hindu College, Delhi University, between 1999 and 2002. Shuman Paul also attended Army School Shillong from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained their Senior Secondary C.B.S.E degree in Science. Shuman'seducational journey began at St. Edmunds School in Shillong, where they completed their Higher Secondary education under the I.C.S.E. However, the field of study for this degree is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Shuman Paul has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Some of the certifications they hold include "Project Management Foundations: Quality" and "Virtual and Hybrid Meeting Essentials" from LinkedIn, both obtained in June 2022. Shuman also completed "Leading Remote Projects and Virtual Teams" and "Learning Microsoft Project" from LinkedIn in January 2022. Prior to that, in September 2020, Shuman Paul achieved the certification in "Learning AWS CloudFormation" from LinkedIn. Lastly, in June 2020, they attained the "LinkedIn Learning Highlights: Project Management" certification from the same platform.
