Riley Mercier

Riley Mercier is a Senior Fulfillment Coordinator at MedAdvisor Solutions US since June 2021, overseeing operations at four mail houses and ensuring HIPAA compliance for Adheris Health and pharmacies serving a vast portion of the American populace. Prior to this role, Riley worked as a Transcriptionist at HMS from March 2019 to April 2021, managing sensitive health insurance information while adhering to strict confidentiality standards. Additionally, Riley founded Fairly Short Productions, directing all aspects of pre- and post-production from 2009 to 2016 and creating promotional content for various charitable organizations. Riley pursued coursework in Philosophy at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and holds a High School Diploma from Danvers High School, earned in June 2008.
