Dale Stephens

Dale Stephens has over 38 years of State Service in Human Resources at the NYS Thruway Authority. Stephens possesses a broad a range of experience in leadership and is committed to all training programs and presentations. He is a member of the Medaille College Board of Trustees and is past President of Medaille College Alumni Association.
