Laura Cianflone

As Vice President, Human Resources Services for Catholic Health, Laura is responsible for system wide strategy and oversight of health and welfare benefits, pension & retirement programs, compensation, recruitment & retention, staff education, employee relations for corporate shared services and ancillary departments, system policies and procedures, as well as HR oversight of Catholic Health’s growing physician practice groups.

Laura has been with Catholic Health for over 17 years, serving in a number of HR leadership roles, such as site HR Operations and Labor Relations, negotiating a number of labor contracts at several hospital and community based case locations.

Laura has her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven, and a bachelor’s degree from Alfred University. She also completed the Managing Healthcare Delivery program at Harvard Business School.
